These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of squarecommodities.com and our client portal at app.squarecommodities.com (together, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Square Commodities SARL (“Square Commodities”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Switzerland with its registered office at Promenade de Castellane 6, 1110 Morges, Switzerland, and a member of the FGENX group of companies.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Subscriptions and client agreements

Access to research, data and other services through the client portal is provided under a separate subscription or service agreement between your organisation and Square Commodities. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and that agreement, the agreement prevails.

3. Accounts

If you are given an account for the client portal, you must:

• provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date;
• keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
• tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms of Use or of the applicable subscription agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation;
• copy, scrape, harvest or systematically download content or data from the Website, including by automated means, except as expressly allowed by your subscription agreement;
• resell, redistribute, publish or make content available to anyone outside your organisation without our prior written consent;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation or security;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• use content from the Website to build a competing product or service, or to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
